Payment is accepted at time of consultation by; cash, cheque or direct deposit.
Please contact us for our current schedule of fees.

REBATES
Private Health Funds
All Accredited Practising Dietitians at Hunter Dietetics are registered with major health funds. Payment is accepted at time of consultation and a receipt issued for you to take to your individual health fund.

Medicare EPC Referrals
All Accredited Practising Dietitians at Hunter Dietetics are registered with Medicare to provide services as part of the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program. Please ask your GP if you qualify for an EPC referral. If so, you can claim a rebate back through Medicare for up to five visits to us over a calendar year. We request payment at time of consultation and issue a receipt. You will be required to take the receipt to Medicare to claim your rebate. This is not a bulk bill service.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)

All gold card holders will be bulk billed if referred by your GP.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is made especially for you! We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise a full consultation fee may be charged.
